Paid orientation
Orientation is paid. You are not asked to give up days for free before you start earning.
Pay
The Class A Regional Company Driver position pays $1,450 – $1,700 / week. Pay terms are explained before you accept the job and confirmed in writing, so there are no surprises on your first settlement.
Settlement statements show how every dollar was calculated. If something looks wrong, you talk to a person who can fix it, not a ticket queue.

Home time
Home every week for 1 day. Home time is planned when your loads are planned. We route you back toward home ahead of your days off instead of hoping a load lines up at the last minute.
If you need time for something that matters, tell us early. We will do our best to plan around it.
